DSI Business Agreement

This Agreement, by and between the “Retailer” and Discount Services, Inc., herein referred to as “DSI.” For the purchase price of $199, DSI will provide you, the Retailer, with a full years’ service of marketing your website to thousands of new customers. During our promotional period, your subscription is extended to 18 months at no charge.” We will market your Promotional Page on your website to all of the customers of all of the businesses on our website. Our customers will have the ability to shop your products and services 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Probably the most cost-effective form of advertising available for your business.

The purpose of this Agreement is to provide discounts for customers all across the United States on all types of products & services, including all types of Retailers like auto dealerships, automotive products, hotels, restaurant, and travel agencies. The primary objective is to share the products and services of our Participating Retailers with millions of customers that Retailers would not normally be able to access.

DSI shall provide our Participating Retailers with our DSI Savings Program to share with their customers, commonly marketed as the DSI Savings Program which includes discounts on products from participating Retailers across America. As a participating Retailer, a participating Business, each Retailer agrees to provide their promotional items and their promotional page on their website illustrating their advertised products at reduced prices that will be made available to all the collective customers shopping the DSI website. Retailers must consider that their promotional page may be exposed to thousands of our customers, and they should plan their inventory accordingly. DSI proposes to add hundreds of businesses to DSI Savings Program, each month. All of the customers of these businesses will have access to the discounts associated with DSI.

DSI will provide each Retailer with the DSI Discount Banner to be placed on the Retailer’s website, the DSI Discount Banner will direct the Retailer’s customers to the DSI website to access all of our Retailers discounts. Along with the DSI Discount Banner, each Retailer will be supplied with the DSI [URL] hyperlink. This hyperlink will be used by each Retailer’s Webmaster to embed into their page code and create a reciprocal link that leads back to the DSI website. Retailer agrees to place the DSI Discount Banner in a prominent location on the Retailers website with verbiage above/below the DSI Discount Banner illustrating “Free Discounts For Our Customers.” Each Retailer understands that their purchase of a Subscription in Discount Services, Inc., the DSI Savings Program will grow in value. Each Retailer understands that their placement on the DSI Website should grow in value each month/year as we add Retailers to the DSI Website. This is the complete and entire Agreement between DSI and the Retailer. DSI provides reduced pricing during our Promotional Period.

DSI provides multiple levels of Marketing for our Retailers, Retailer chooses:

Tier 1 Retailers includes a Custom Marketing Banner (located in colored boxes on our website under the title “Tier 1 Retailers”) designed and provided by Retailer; this Banner must be JPEG Format @ 72 D.P.I. and ready to upload to the DSI website. The Banner must be 350 pixels wide by 200 pixels high. The Banner must include a URL link to the “Retailers Promotional Page” that has their discounts for the DSI Savings Program.

Tier 1 Placement, “Cars-Trucks”; “Motorcycles”; “Dining & Food”; “Hotels”; “Guns-Ammo”; “Clothing”; “Travel”; and “TV Specials” will include a URL link, provided by the Retailer that directs customers to the “Retailers Promotional Page” that includes discounts for the DSI Savings Program.

Tier 2 Retailers will be posted in the appropriate category in the “Tier 2 Retailers” section on the DSI website.  Tier 2 will include a URL link, provided by Retailer that directs customers to the “Retailers Promotional Page” that includes discounts for the DSI Savings Program.

“Payment Periods” First Year Promotional Pricing:  All payments are annual pay, 12 Months’ Pay in advance. During our promotional period, your subscription is extended to 18 months at no charge. Ongoing participation of any Retailer provides ongoing “Introductory Pricing” and discounts.  “Ongoing” Defined as: the continuing of our services, no stoppage of our services for any payment period.  Retailers signing up during our Promotional Period for our Annual Payment will always receive our discounts on Tier 1 and Tier 2 if there’s no interruption of service. For questions concerning our agreement; email us at: support@dsisavings.com

Refund Policy: For the purchase price of $199, DSI will provide you with a full years’ service of marketing your website.  We will market your Promotional Page on your website to all of the customers of all of the businesses on our website, our customers will have the ability to shop your products and services 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.  Probably the most cost-effective form of advertising available for your business.  Should you desire a refund of your $199, simply email us at:  support@dsisavings.com and we will promptly send you a refund.
